You're in the right place. Here's everything you need to know about The Spotlight Booth.
How does the 360 photo booth work?
Guests step onto the platform, strike a pose, and our rotating arm captures high quality footage from every angle. Using specialist software, this is then turned into a smooth HD video that's ready to share instantly. No need to worry about capturing moments yourself, we do it all for you.
How many people can use it at once?
We recommend up to 4 guests on the platform at a time so everyone has enough space to move comfortably and enjoy the experience. The platform is approximately 100cm wide.
How much space do you need?
Ideally we need around 4.5m x 4.5m, with a minimum space of 3.5m x 3.5m.

The booth can be set up on most indoor surfaces, including carpet.
How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes around 1 hour, and the same for pack down. If needed, we can arrive earlier and set up in advance, then return later to run the booth. Any waiting time is charged at £30 per hour and we'll always plan this with you beforehand.
How long can we hire you for?
Our minimum hire is 3 hours, which suits most events. Extra hours can be added at £100 per hour if you'd like longer coverage.
Can packages be customised?
Yes, absolutely. We can tailor everything to your event, including themed props, branding, colours, and hire duration. Just tell us what you're planning and we'll build a package around it.
Where do you cover?
We include travel within 50 miles of Bradford. Anything beyond that is charged at £1.50 per mile.
What equipment do you use?
We use high quality equipment and the latest Apple technology to ensure smooth, crisp and professional videos every time. Our software produces HD results designed for sharing.
What kind of videos do guests get?
Videos include a mix of:

Do you supply lighting?
We use professional lighting, including a ring light, to make sure everyone looks great and shadows from the rotating arm are reduced. Our LED backdrop is also a great way to provide amazing lighting to our 360 booth.
How many videos can we take?
There's no limit. Guests can use the booth as many times as they like during your hire period.
Can videos be personalised?
Yes. We can add custom overlays such as names, dates, event titles, or logos to match your event.
How do we choose our design?
Once you've booked, we'll ask for your event details and ideas. We'll then create a custom design and refine it with you until you're happy with the final look. For corporate events, we can also include your branding for a professional finish.
Can we add music?
Yes. Guests can add their own music when sharing on social media, or use one of our own.
When do we receive the videos?
Videos are delivered instantly via QR code, AirDrop, or email. After your event, you'll also receive a full online gallery of everything captured. We also offer a premium cork style USB option for something a bit more special.
Will someone be there to run it?
Yes. A member of our team will be there throughout your hire to help guests, keep things running smoothly, and encourage fun poses. For larger events such as weddings or corporate bookings, two attendants may be provided depending on requirements.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 month before your event. This applies for both our 360 booths and selfie pods.
What happens if I cancel?
The £100 deposit is non refundable. However, any remaining balance can be refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before your event. This applies for both our 360 booths and selfie pods.
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold full public liability insurance and can provide documentation for your venue if needed.
Why did you start The Spotlight Booth?
The idea started when Lee hired a 360 booth for his sister's wedding and loved the experience. It added a fun, unique element to the day, and inspired him to bring that same experience to other events through The Spotlight Booth.

Selfie Pod FAQS
What is the selfie pod?
Our selfie pod is a compact, interactive photo booth that allows guests to take fun, high quality photos at your event. It's simple to use and perfect for all ages.
Are the photos printed?
No, the photos are fully digital. Guests receive their images instantly via QR code, AirDrop, or email so they can save and share them straight away. After the event, you'll also receive a full digital gallery of all photos taken.
Can the selfie pod be left at the venue?
Yes. We can set it up and leave it for your event, then return to collect it afterwards if needed. This is ideal for smaller or more relaxed events where you just want it to run in the background.
Can the selfie pod be personalised?
Yes. We can fully customise the experience to match your event style or theme, including screens, overlays, and branding. Just let us know your ideas and we'll design something that fits perfectly.
Can we add our logo (corporate events)?
Yes. For corporate bookings, you can upload your logo and we'll add it to the screen and photo overlays. We'll need a transparent PNG file for best results, and we can help guide you if you're unsure.
Is the selfie pod the same quality experience as the 360 booth?
Yes, just a different style of experience. The selfie pod is more relaxed and photo-based, while still using high quality equipment and professional lighting to ensure great results.
